Process & materials
From first walk to the evening the lights come on.
Six stages, each with a defined output — so you always know what's decided, what it costs, and what happens next.
01Walk & listenWe visit, measure and — mostly — listen to how you want to live outside. Photos, wishlists, and dealbreakers welcome.·
02Survey & conceptContour survey, then a 3D concept you can stand in. Two rounds of refinement included before the plan locks.·
03Quote & consentItemised fixed quote. We handle any consent needs — retaining over 1.5 m, driveway crossings, overland flow.·
04BuildOne site team, daily tidy-ups, and a photo log each Friday. Neighbours get our contact card before the first machine arrives.·
05Plant & lightPlanting to the plan, lighting commissioned at dusk so you see the actual result, not a guess.·
06EstablishTwo maintenance visits in the first two seasons — the difference between plants that establish and plants that persist.·

Guarantee
What we stand behind.
Hard landscaping carries a 5-year workmanship commitment; plants are guaranteed through their first two growing seasons when our establishment visits are kept. Materials are chosen for Waikato humidity and clay — which rules out some lovely things, on purpose.
