Two directors, a site manager who never leaves your job to run three others, and a bench of trades we've worked beside for a decade. We take the number of projects we can personally attend to, and no more.
How we work
Deliberately small.
Volume builders run on throughput. We run on attendance: the person who prices your home is on your site during its build, and the directors walk every job weekly. That choice caps how many homes a year leave our board — we think that's the point.
Our trades are the same faces across projects: the joiner who sequences oak runs, the plasterer whose walls photograph like marble, the landscaper who reads a contour plan like a story.
Credentials
Licensed building practitioners, full public liability and works insurance, and Health & Safety systems audited annually. Registration and policy details are provided at first consultation — this concept site doesn't publish numbers that would need verifying.
